"If you want to be in the heart of the intense Shinjuku action, this hotel is the nicest and cleanest one by far. It appears to be recently built - it almost looks out of place in the neighborhood it’s so new. The staff were very polite and accommodating and the rates were reasonable. Shinjuku can be extremely busy with nightlife activities so take that into consideration when staying in these areas."

"The hotel itself is a bit outdated but it’s still very clean and nice. We had a hard time with the ac but we were able to leave the window open for circulation. Rated as a 4 because of the surrounding area primarily. It’s super convenient to get around with the bus stops, train station, and a taxi service down the street. Dining options are pretty wide spread. Probably one of the best Yakiniku spots around the corner up some stairs. Perfect place to just explore. Highly recommend just for that...

"The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service."

"My husband and i stayed for a bit over a week in March 2023. I really liked the location of this hotel. Convenient to different transportation lines. My main reason for booking this hotel was the sakura and being able to see them to and from my traveling. Being from California i was surprised that the weather was very nice in March, i expected to be bundled as many youtube videos showed people in layers or wearing coats. I however didnt need anything thicker than a thin sweater or spirit...
