"Good: Quiet and clean room!
Bad: It was a bit worn out. Carpet, paint, bathroom door handle was loose.
I went over to Scandic to get the room code. This was because I got a new phone # / Sim card once arriving in Europe. No problem as it was a couple of blocks away."
"Very helpful staff. Short stay but enjoyed being able to wander the historic section of Harstad from the hotel. Great room & very quiet.
Didn’t like the air blowing down on the bed from ceiling vent - my only complaint.
Parking should be free."
Sehr schlechter Service.
Familienzimmer war ok, Frühstücksbüffet auch."
"Not one negative word to say about this hotel.
Only a few minutes walk from the train station.
The staff are really great! Very genuine, friendly and helpful. The kind lady at the front desk let us check in early, and check out late.
Our room was in the older section of the hotel but was still very nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable, nice view to the mountains at the rear, nice shower.
The breakfast was very very good. Wide selection and a large dining area. The staff here are wonderful...
"The parking is free and the checkin was seamless. The room was spacious with a balcony. However there was no lotion or a rack for hand towels in the bathroom. The breakfast was good."
"This place was the highlight of my trip. The cabin, the views, the dinner at the restaurant and the friendly staff. Everything was near perfect.
Breakfast buffet is rather plain and there is not much variety. Nonetheless the food at dinner is 11/10. Easily fine dining level.
This was also the location where we saw the northern lights on the first night we arrived. Absolutely amazing with the mountains.
There is also free laundry facilities and a gym as well.
Definitely will be my choice to...
"When Anders greeted us he was lovely and very helpful. We particularly loved the fresh pastries set out for the guests, as well as access to the hot chocolate/coffee/tea machine. And the most exciting amenity was the drying rack (heated cabinet) that really came in handy for our wet shoes. And can’t forget that the water pressure in the shower was wonderful, especially after long drives and hikes."
