Excellent Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small gym, but it has everything you need. Breakfast included is great, free coffee in the lobby area and a nice sitting / hang out area in the lobby as well.

Friendly and helpful staff all the time. Comfortable and quiet room. Two things to say: 1. The cook should keep an eye on the breakfast provision more regularly - some things ran out and were not replaced 2. TV service should be upgraded to offer more international channels and information about the hotel and Andenes

Bra opphold med god frokost. Rommet ble ikke ryddet i tidsrommet torsdag - søndag. Ingen var innom og fjernet skitne kopper, håndklær eller søppel. Føneren på badet virker ikke og toalettet uler veldig høyt når en flusher. Hadde et bra opphold allikevel.

Vesiputket metelöivät (vinkuivat) toisena majoitusyönä niin et ei pystynyt nukkumaan, osa hotellivieraista odotteli ulkona äänen loppumista, se loppui klo 02:10. Mitään vastaantuloa hotelli ei tarjonnut. Hotelli on remontissa, mikä ehkä aiheutti ongelman.

Ble litt stress ved innsjekking pga nye regler med legitimasjon med bilde av oss begge. Min mann hadde klart å miste sertifikatet så vi måtte styre med å få laste ned en app, men det gikk med god hjelp fra resepsjonisten. Ellers fantastisk bra opphold.

Hotellet var ved at få en tiltrængt renovering, men jeg syntes ikke det lever op til Thon hotel's normale standard. Rejste alene, men havde bestilt et standard værelse, og jeg er sikker på det var et single rum jeg fik.

Hôtel convenable mais l’accueil a l’arrivée était détestable avec un concierge qui nous fait patienter 20 mn car au téléphone. Ensuite très désagréable comme si on le dérangeait. Nous avons également payer 200 Nok pour 40 % de charge de notre batterie de voiture, ce qui est excessif

Personnel très accueillant et soucieux de rendre service. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Pas de restaurant, mais une bonne option est le restaurant LYSHUSET qui jouxte l'hêtel.

Trevlig personal både i receptionen och i städet. Hjälpte mer än gärna till om det var något. Ska man hitta nåt negativt kanske det var att chromecasten på rummet inte var kopplad mot internet så det gick inte att "casta" på just vårt rum men det var inget vi led utav.

Var på hotellet i 3 nettet . Ikke renhold på rommet mens jeg var der - måtte be om rene håndklær siste dagen .Frokosten ok- men manglet melk og yougurt en dag . Heller ikke bacon noen av dagene . Vennlige i resepsjonen .

Rommene klar for oppgradering. Kjedelige rom faktisk. Få farver på veggene. Frokosten var ikke bra. Stekte egg virket oppvarmet og veldig harde å skjære i. Bacon var overstekt eller oppvarmet igjen og umulig å spise. Tragisk. Pølsene like så. Her må det sjerpes!!!!!!! Meget trivelig betjening er det der. Blide og hyggelige. Men oppgradering og ny kokk må til.
