"The room was suitable for my stay, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was good, but the extractor fan either was not functioning or was not very effective. The television was unreliable, but the room was clean, and I enjoyed my stay."
"We found the booking process very confusing thinking dogs stay for free but when we arrived were told no it's £30 which represented nearly half the room rate. This is too much for a dog who doesn't moult and you wouldn't know had been there.
The website through Expedia when we went back and looked said dog staff do a fee which is misleading as I read as dogs stay for free. Needs to me make clearer or use a differed way of saying you pay for dogs."
"I booked this hotel for a business stay, expecting a hassle free experience. At booking, I explicitly communicated that I have a non visible disability with sensory accessibility needs, and requested specific room accommodations to manage this. Upon check in, reception assured me my room was perfectly suited to these requirements. This was completely false. I hauled my luggage up only to find the room was situated directly above the main entrance, the busy main road, and the bar outdoor seating...
"The check in process was really quick and easy, friendly staff. The room was clean, nice Tassimo machine for coffee, cups and saucers were on the very bottom shelf, not easy to get to with mobility issues. Room view was fabulous, sat there late at night with a nice beer, relaxing after a long day of travelling and working an event, amaaazing. If am up that way again will defo stay there again"
"I was just frustrated by the check in producers as was keyless and required code and to get the code I found not very easy. Ensure you check in before you arrive as we was waiting around for a while after a long drive here trying to figure out how yo get in. Couldn't get cooker to work also at first but worked in the end would stay here again though"

"The staff are great, the cleaner lovely , rooms jaded but ok shame the hotel doesn’t have any bar or restaurant facilities which are there own, this is shared by another company next door. Breakfast doesn’t start until 9am and is poor for the money, staff are lazy and not welcoming, there is plenty parking , great pub about 15 mins walk ."
