"We travelled 3 people + 1 dog
The room was pleasant, a big double + sofa bed, however there was no mini fridge.
We paid extra 20£ for the dog but there was no bowls made available or dog bed which is fine as we took our own but as we were paying extra it should have been provided.
Parking was paid but better price as guests of the hotel.
We found it noisy and we had difficulty sleeping until 1am as there was people talking and banging doors so it wasn't restful. Not sure if its always like...
"Rather slow and complicated check in process. This hotel requires a credit card holding payment of £30, which they claim is normal practice. Not something I've come across so don't agree, but compelled to do so. It would help if the card reader actually worked! Breakfast and room both adequate given the price."

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the quality was great.
Our room had a great view of the river and square but I would say that the room decor was a little tired however we wasn't there to stare at the walls but this could do with some attention.

"Wir waren im Turmzimmer, es geht über 2 Etagen. Das Badezimmer hat nur knapp 3 qm. Dusche ja, aber kein Duschvorhang etc. Das Bad hatte keinen einzigen Haken. Handtücher haben wir über der Brüstung im OG aufgehängt.
Die Fenster gingen über beide Stockwerke und speziell oben waren mehrere Spinnweben innen. Auch am TV im OG waren Spinnweben.
Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
