"全般的には良いサービスをしていただきましたが、エレベーターで20階だったり、部屋も狭く、私はシングル部屋が良かったが、ツインルームということでした。"

"Excellent location across from a beautiful park. Lobby with a great restaurant and bakery and places to sit communally to relax and work. Nice young active vibe. Quiet. Good bathroom and comfortable beds. Short walk to train station. Excellent value."

"Being a member of the hotel group, I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years during my visit in Shinjuku area. Cost me more than 90,000 yen for 2 nights and being allocated to a single room on 3/F. The only view from my room was the external concrete wall of a building in front. When asking for extension of check-out time at the counter, the serving staff (from other country) was not very helpful like those Japanese staff before."

"離火車站很近，附近有7-11 ，Lawson ，又有Donki ，仲有大型商場，十分方便。"

"Tight room, but to be expected in Japan. Very clean and staff very friendly"
