"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. The one highlight was the beautiful walking path behind the hotel along Seneca Lake, which provided great views and was the best part of the property. Beyond that, there were several issues. The elevators were extremely slow, and on multiple occasions we chose to take the stairs. Upon check-in, the safe in our room was not functioning. We reported the issue and requested a replacement, but despite being told it would be addressed, no replacement...

"Beautiful hotel, having a bar/restaurant made it convenient and the bartenders were wonderful! Had a lot of fun. Room was roomy and comfortable."

"Didn’t pick up towels for 2days or empty trash. Never vacuumed me room on 10 day stay. Very noisy!!"

"The room had a tub that was disgusting. Instead of resolving the staff commented the housekeeping was gone for the day and it was probably the "pipes". Service - we were 9 minutes early for dinner on the Castle and they refused to seat us so we stood there until 6:30. There were plenty of empty tables! Our server was gone most of the meal and I had to get another server to find her. Front desk personnel were dismissive and rude. Not a good overall experience and I would no lat recommend this...
