"Absolutely amazing staff. I stayed with my toddler and the staff couldn’t have done anymore. Barry on reception was incredible and made us feel so welcome and my son couldn’t get downstairs quick enough to see him. James was also extremely helpful and again a hit with a very active toddler. " Sent from my iPhone Begin forwarded message: This is a lovely hotel in Hastings. The location is perfect - right on the seafront, but set back which reduces the noise from the road and walking distance to the old Town. It is a classic Georgian building and beautifully refurbished with lovely large comfortable rooms, complete with fridge and large screen tv. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed in Hastings many times over 15 years and this is our favourite hotel. "
