From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. "Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, Mandy the receptionist was full of local knowledge and even got the little one an Easter egg!! Her dog Sydney was lovely too!. The food was excellent value for Money and great quality too, we will definitely be returning again next year for Easter break, this is a hidden Gem, Customer service in all areas was amazing."
