"The property owner is very nice, but the condition of the outside of the house was surprising. There are several old trailers along the driveway, old lumber, trash and old building supplies. There is one bedroom on the main level and bathroom with the only shower downstairs. Upstairs has three VERY small bedrooms and an usual bathroom with a tub. "The place was large and spacious as we had apartment three, it could have used some lamps in the living room and some larger coffee mugs. Was quiet and easy to find. The people who own it are very friendly and accommodating. If you don’t like firm beds, then I would not recommend that apartment as they are very firm. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the unit and on the towels and face cloth, which was unpleasant since we didn’t smoke. With all that said, I would stay there again and bring my own towels and face clothes. It is much cheaper than most accommodations on the Digby neck and it is very large with two big bedrooms, a full bathroom and a half in sweet bath. It is stocked with your basic needs for every day cooking so we did a lot of our own cooking while we were there. You definitely get a good deal for the price."
