"Muy buen servicio, me quedé en total 3 noches, las personas de recepción muy amables y serviciales, pedí ayuda en varias ocasiones y siempre me resolvieron. Muy accesible a estación de buses."

"So convenient! Easy check-in, clean room, and good airflow for the style. Thx!"

"The quality of the food in the diner for both dinner and breakfast is very good."

"Very dated. Shower dripped all night. Clean but appeared dirty, definitely needs updating! OK for one night and the pod to terminal 5 is excellent."

"Well located if you have an early flight out of North Term. If you fly from South Term then you can get the transit but I’d probably stay South as there are more facilities landside. Room was clean but it was really hot. Bed was ok but the pillows were thin, soft and pointless. Very quiet room, good shower. Breakfast is complementary and pretty decent"

"The room is very tidy and clean. I find the room seems newly renovated. It was a cold night and I have the heater on and the room warm up very fast. The room was quiet at night even it’s a Saturday night. Quite a different narrative to the receptionist warn me while check in. Probably my room is at far end and facing other side."

"Very nice hotel, and very convenient being it’s at Heathrow Airport. Staff was extremely helpful."

"Nice fresh breakfast, made at the moment for you."

"Amazing helpful staff!"

"Nice little stay for a last-minute pick-up from Gatwick. Lovely place with huge character and the staff were great"

"Clean rooms, staff were great and friendly. What lets it down is breakfast. Tasteless and basic."

"Good rate."
