"Lots of noise and chaos, the room is incredibly small, the A/C you couldn’t regulate it was a straight freezer in there with no proper bed sheets to cover yourself at all. The breakfast was subpar. I took a triple room. But if you are more than one person they charge you extra per person which makes absolutely no sense since I booked a TRIPLE. Overall I feel completely scammed out of my money. "The room wasn’t clean. The staff, though nice, couldn’t stop the all night parties in the pool beside our room. Like 10pm to 6am. Security was sent a couple times and they quieted down for a bit, but because they were drunk, they just carried on. The grounds are beautiful and I had stayed there previously last year, but the rooms have deteriorated. We had a private room. "

"The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend. "
