"Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

"Hotel and our room were beautiful. Location of hotel is amazing, you can walk to many restaurants and activities. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were comfortable with balconies."

"Wonderful experience, very kind staff and helpful. Great for solo travel!"

"Personale preparato, ottima colazione, facile raggiungere il centro in bus"

"Sehr schönes Hotel"

"Titolare e personale molto gentile.

"Good"
