"Avevo prenotato tempo fa una camera doppia superior e ora, confrontando la camera che mi è stata assegnata durante il soggiorno, sembra più una economy /basic con un bagno piccolissimo, non troppo pulito e parecchio trascurato. Anche nella stanza c'era dello sporco negli angoli.
Avevo prenotato anche la colazione ma non avevo nessuna mail di conferma dove c'era scritto e in reception mi hanno detto che dal sito Expedia non si capisce se la colazione è inclusa. Visto che non lo potevo...

"Wonderful property. We stayed one night before our cruise. We got a suite since we were 4 people. Very clean and the bathroom was huge with a great shower. Very close to the train station. We just walked with our bags to the room. The breakfast was excellent. Walking to the MSC cruise terminal was not possible though. We had a couple of heavy bags and we gave up half way and got a taxi. Highly recommend this place but get a Taxi if you are headed to the cruise terminal with some heavy bags."
"So the hotel inside is lovely, bed comfortable . We wanted a fridge and a coffee maker in room. They provide but in a common area you need to walk to. We asked for towels but none provided had to search on our own. Shower head unusual to open, tub was grand but hard to get out of. The AC blows 1 direction on your head at night. The elevator tight and slow. Getting off subway to hotel dingy and feels unsettling. The area around port disgusting food choices are gelato, Focaccia or pesto or fried...
"We stayed here for 1 night in April, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! Conveniently located close to the train station and some really great restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some great safety tips.
The hotel room was absolutely spotless! The bed was comfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel."
"As a solo female, I didn’t feel particularly safe as when I arrived I gained access with a qr code and my room key was just left on the side with someone else’s. There is also no deadbolt on the door and when the taxi driver told me not to go out at night, it wasn’t great. The room itself was compact but fine. Shower was nice, good pressure. Comfortable bed. Basic but nice breakfast. "
"Staff was willing to help you to the best of their ability. I was able to leave my luggage behind even after I checked out. Could rent a towel for the beach. Gave me a great map for the area. I’d come back any time!"
