"Easy to find and park. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast with very efficient staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a no hassle stay. I will definitely book again next year."
"Staff were very helpful. I like you can get a hot drink from the reception area that is free. Breakfast is good on the restaurant. Mattress was ok but could do with being turned."
"Parking can be an issue, limited spaces for disability badge holders. You have to try and book one in advance but I was unsuccessful. Booked up weeks in advance?"
"The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout. The food was good, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"Good location and good parking, staff are friendly and helpful. The room and the main hotel just feel old and tired. Our room was clean but needs re doing and painting."

The things that were a slight negative were the lift, which was incredibly slow and there was a lack of plug sockets in the...
"The hotel is very well positioned to explore York being only about 5 minutes walk from York Minster.
The room was quite large with a King Sized bed and a nice bathroom.
There is also on-site parking."
