"We were okay with our stay, the only part that kind of was a bomb was when we couldn't check in in the rooms because there was no rooms ready, even though we reserved it ahead of time. I thin n next time after that experience I will just pay for my room ahead of time. Other than that service was good and the room was clean."

"It was a quick overnight to a very early flight, so not mich time to soak in all it had to offer, but it was clean, quiet and seemed safe enough. The deskperson was courteous, thorough and professional with a warm greeting and pleasant smile. All in all, very nice"

"The manager was really nice. I think her name was Tracey. There was a young lady in training that was helpful. The other guy at the desk…not so much. He wasn’t the friendliest and seemed to care more about talking than anything else. We checked in and wasn’t told about any amenities, not even about breakfast or where the pool was located. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious."

"We came in for a college graduation. Stayed here before and had a great experience. Check in was very slow due to computer issues (what they told us) or training of a new person on the desk how it seemed. Once we checked into the room we loved the room, clean, spacious, comfortable beds and updated bathroom. The breakfast was packed and the staff was struggling to keep up. Everything was running low. Management likely didn't prepare well for the high number of folks visiting for graduation. I...
