"The hotel looks okay overall, and the staff were friendly. However, please be extremely careful with the breakfast waffle machine. The top handle/hinge was far too loose. When I opened it, the lid fell down and burned the back of my hand. Although the front desk provided burn ointment at the time, the wound has since festered/ulcerated and remains very painful. I am unsure how long it will take to heal. Management needs to repair or replace that equipment immediately before someone else gets...
