"Our room was what we call the check in room. It was right next to the front door to the building between the pop machine and the ice machine. All other rooms were around the corner down the hallway. There was a cockroach on the bathroom wall when we got there and as soon as you opened the door to the building you could small marijuana. There was never a staff member on property that we saw. Garbage in the parking lot and “lobby”. Besides the beds there were 2 hard table chairs, no other seating...

"We loved our room, which was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy working at the resort. We thought that food and beverage options were fairly priced. We would definitely choose to stay here again. I agree with some other reviews that the pools are rather small, when compared to resorts with featured water parks, but they weren’t busy and it wasn’t the draw for us."

"I liked the rustic look. The only thing I didn't like was the banging of the door when individuals headed out to the firepits. It shook the whole wall where my headboard was located."

"Everything was very nice, very clean but I do feel charging guests for parking is ridiculous, considering what we are already paying for a room. ( expensive rooms) you could at least offering free parking because it’s not like you assigned me a reserved spot or anything"

"Great location and wonderful order off menu breakfast"

"Awsome relaxing stay"

"Nice clean rooms large bathroom. Basic breakfast"

"The hotel was pleasant nothing spectacular. We didn't get maid service which was a bummer. Apparently I had to fill out a card if I wanted to get maid service. Never in my life of all the hotels I've stayed in I had to fill out a maid card request. We stayed 3 nights and didn't get any made service.I have two toddlers in the room and it was a hot mess.. I asked the front desk the next day , why our room wasn't clean and he told me , I had to fill out a card. Lol so you can see how that...

"Staff was friendly. Pool gets a lot of use."

"Quiet property and well stocked kitchen"

"This hotel was closed...Thanks, Expedia, for allowing me to book at an abandoned hotel that looks to be condemned"

"my kids enjoyed our stay. Access to the Wilderness's waterparks are a plus!"

"This is a hole in the wall inn. Very quaint and simple. I am not one looking for large rooms or a lot of amenities. We look for a clean room, comfortable bed, safe surroundings, and a nice hot shower. There is a bar/restaurant attached to the Inn, but the 2 nights we stayed, there was no problems. Very nice place to stay."

"Everything was great! It was a great weekend break with the family!"

"Great"

"Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room. They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make...
