"Everything was fantastic!! The breakfast was clutch, the rooms were amazing and staff was super helpful! I loved how close this hotel is to alot of the sights and things to do while you're visiting! Huge food scene just around the corner! My only advice is to people driving here, they have free parking for guests but very limited spaces. Luckily the street parking is free after 9pm. Other than that, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Reykjavik"

"Staff were very nice and tried to be accommodating to the extent they were able to. We had an ocean view on the 5th floor. The elevator had broken two times in one day and was completely inoperable for a day. I recently had a total knee replacement and my husband has heart issues we could not make numerous treks up 5 flights off stairs. The staff was able to move us to a 1st floor suite with deck/patio with a view of the back parking lot and dumpster, and construction. The bathroom was smaller...

"This is not really a hotel as there is no visible staff. I had to carry my bags up two flights of stairs as there is no elevator. The location is in what appears to be a commercial area. The room is functional, but not a great value for the money."
