"Staff was excellent and helpful with all our questions, easy access to the ski center, excellent restaurants with in 5 minutes walking distance, breakfast was wonderful. Only downside is when pub is open it is noisy until 3 am and elevator was not working at 5 am so we had to get the luggage downstairs. Even with those item the cost was so low it was well worth the stay."

"Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay...

"Dinner was great and people that worked in the restaurant were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The slide at the pool left me with painful bruises. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. "The property is behind a truck stop, so you have to drive through to find it. Easy short drive to town for restaurants and food stores. Not a well lit apartment, front patio was dirty, apartment was clean enough inside. There was only 1/8 of toilet paper roll left, and no others to refill it, so we had to go buy some since the apartment contact didn’t reply to our request for more. No WiFi info available there either."

Very Nice Cabin in Beautiful Area
"Be aware that sheets/towels and breakfast are extra...we didnt know that beforehand and ended up costing about $160 more for a family of four. The area is beautiful and very quiet. The cabin was clean and large, with a loft that slept four which my kids loved. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and cookware. We had a very relaxing, pleasant stay. To get to the cabin, you need to drive through a gate (and need to pay about $5 using a credit card) and then find the main lodge. None of this was explained to us by Hotel.com so added some stress and confusion at the beginning."
