We booked a cabin, it was nice but there were no water in the shower. The guy in the reception was super helpful but was not able to fix it. We could shower in the shared areas instead, and they were very nice. Due to this and one other issue we were promised a small refund, but haven't received one yet. Maybe he forgot. He was really kind thou.

Tipp topp, enkelt å booke, tilkomst, Pris nivå heilt greit, samt leiligheta var himla bra. Betjeninga var det heller absolutt ingenting å utsette på heller .

Forbedringspotensiale

Kom etter stengetid i resepsjonen (kl.16) og hentet nøkkel og kart i nøkkelboks. Overså at vår leilighet var på den andre siden av rv 7 enn resepsjonen (såg en bom og tok for gitt at det kun var et felt). Det tok derfor litt tid før fant fram. Tv’en kunna ha vært bedre. Direkte-TV med en dårlig fungerende fjernkontroll. Wi-fi’en manglet passord, og kunne ikke brukes før neste dag. Var ikke skrevet noe sted, og resepsjonen kunne ikke nåes på et oppgitt telefonnummer. Fikk passordet av en person som tilfeldigvis kunne hjelpe meg. Informerte resepsjonisten om det siste ved avreise.

En eneste stor byggeplass

Vi booket denne campingen utelukkende pga de flotte bildene av uteområdene med basseng og plasseringen ved elven. Når vi kom til campingen var alt en eneste stor byggeplass, og bassenget var revet. Ikke i nærheten av som på bildene, uten at det var gitt noe informasjon om dette. Når vi kom frem til resepsjonen og fortalte at dette ikke var det vi hadde booket, og at vi ønsket å kansellere bookingen og heller finne et bedre sted, fikk vi bestemt «nei» fra resepsjonisten. Dårlig kommunikasjon og kundebehandling. De kommer ikke til å bli ferdig med byggingen med det først, så ikke la dere lure av bildene. Det ser ikke slik ut. Vi kommer ikke til å bo her igjen.
