"Both the single room and the bathroom were of a good size and clean. The window however was dirty and difficult to open and close. The original mechanism was replaced with a simple hinge and nail. With the window being fairly high up, it was impossible to lift it in and out of the hinge without climbing on a chair. This in itself can be dangerous."

They were efficient and professional while still maintaining a very helpful and personable approach. "Very large, clean and comfortable room. Staff were outgoing and attentive to any of our needs. I was hoping for a more authentic castle experience, but furnishings were basic and a bit worn out. The restaurant service was slow due to under-staffing, but the staff were all friendly and engaging and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, but don't expect much of an experience."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Stsff were helpful and stired ohr luggage forvus because we arrived early. It included a small continental breakfast because the hotel is under construction. Super close to bus and train station with a glass walkway over rails . Close to all amenities under 10 min walk."
