"We had a great 3-night stay at Holiday Inn with our 5-year-old. Everything went really smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was a stress-free stay. We’d definitely recommend it to families and would happily stay here again."

When we checked in, the smell of dampness when opening the bedroom door was so strong, it was like a slap in the face. I then walked into the bathroom and the floor was so slippy and greasy that I went flying. Luckily I managed to grab on the sink, so as not to fall. "My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful - we ate in the bar on the first night - tasty food and HUGE potion size.
The room was large (twin beds) and both the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained - this is an old building which was part of its charm.
The breakfast was continental - had everything we needed.

"Not much facilities in the room. No hairdryer, no ventilated fan in bathroom. No AC and it was so hot.
We had to open the windows as it was hot. We could hear all the vehicles passing by at night! Difficult to sleep."
"We arrived at the property to find that we had been double booked and no room was available as the property was now full. We had to find alternative accommodation in the area and we luckily found one property that had one room left.
Grassington lodge offered no help in finding alternative accommodation due to their error. Extremely disappointed with how it was all handled and how we was treated and we would never use or recommend this property in the future."
"Lovely hotel / pub in a very scenic location. Beautiful views. We had 2 cottages for our extended family group of 7 adults/ 4 children.
Spent the afternoon enjoying the patio drinks and watching the water flow. Had a delicious Sunday dinner in the lovely upper dining room.

"We stayed at The Fleece for a couple of nights. Our welcome as a pleasant professional one, despite the bar and restaurant being busy. Our room and the linen was very clean, and although quite warm, there was a fan provided that did the trick. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Lovely beer garden/ courtyard to enjoy a relaxing beer.
