"Very convenient location when using Roma Termini station, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had high hopes for this being a relaxing place to spend my last night in Italy before flying out the next morning, but unfortunately our room was not comfortable. "Lovely breakfast selection. Very helpful staff - we arrived in the early hours and were met at the door and checked straight in. Staff had also been great at communication before our stay. Beautiful traditional room. Everything we needed."
