"The staff at the Abbey are excellent, by far the best part about the stay. Very friendly with each encounter and extremely accommodating. We had several bags with us, and they made our check-in and check-out much easier by going out of their way to support. The room itself is satisfactory; it is about what you pay for. Nothing too extraordinary, but more than sufficient for what we needed it for. Although the bathroom wasn’t terribly well maintained, and the shower didn’t drain very well....

We reached the property and was disappointed to learn that our rooms were not even ready , the reception desk rushed to allocate a room which was way different than the the rooms booked although we were charged a early check in fee (we reached 3 hours before)(the room was smaller and the amenities were missing) When reported the variance in the rooms booked (as per the pics) then we were offered a new room upstairs which...
