"Le village de l'hôtel est très bien indiqué avec les panneaux, l'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est disponible à toute heure. La petite fiche explicatives avec les horaires de chaque endroit de l'hôtel (petite boutique, bar de la piscine, parc aquatique, restaurants) en français est vraiment la touche très appréciée.
La vue de l'hôtel est incroyablement belle, le restaurant buffet de l'hôtel est très diversifié et excellent !
L'appartement à été très bien entretenu, le ménage est fait...
"I love this hotel and the staff so much I couldn’t stop talking about it for the rest of my visit to Greece. I was blessed enough to stay at a 5 star in Santorini and Athens but unfortunately I started with Royal Sun and nothing could beat it. A hotel isn’t just about the looks, but the staff, the amenities, the care was something I won’t forget. And the breakfast was 10/10!!! The shuttle into old town every single day from 10AM-11:45PM within 30 min intervals, anytime you choose, UNBEATABLE!!...
"The room and grounds are very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is still undergoing renovation regarding lighting so our room was all or nothing with lights. It was a little noisy in the morning as there is not much materials to absorb sound but not really a big deal. The person at the front desk was amazing. So helpful in booking a tour for us and also providing recommendation on things to see. The beach is a touch rocky in front the hotel area, but we were still able to get in...
"Perfect stay with my daughter for few days. Staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. Can’t fault the whole experience. The only thing I’d pick on was the smell in the toilet in our room, it’s probably due to the sewage system. The stafff came to attend and fix the smell every time we raise the issue.
It’s really been a great escape ."
"The hotel was very well located in the heart of Chania with convenient access to dining, shopping, and the harbor. We felt safe and the hotel was quiet, but we were only steps from the bustle of the city. It was a man excellent stay!"
"We had an amazing stay at Erato. The flat was in good condition and clean! All the employees were kind and helpful. We had cleaning service everyday. The hotel is located just in front of the beach. Perfect location. The pool area is amazing as well. We also had a parking spot. Everything was perfect and we couldn't expect anything better. Give a 10/10 for the amenities and staff as well. Will come back definitely!"
"The villa was nice and spacious .The breakfast was not very good. The fruit looked stale .Nothing was appealing and coffee was always cold .The old man doesn’t speak English .Very hard to communicate"
"The good: amazing views and absolutely gorgeous hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent.
The ok: when staying on the top floor the stairs are rough after a long day of walking. There’s no elevator but that’s the trade off for an old and historical building. The air conditioner is fantastic but does turn off half way through the night.
The not so good: due to the location it is extremely noisy which can be...
