"Great spot!"

"Charming place right in the middle of town. Very quiet at night. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Bed comfy with quality linen. Staff lovely and very helpful. Great breakfast downstairs in the cafe below."

"Great location we just walked back to a restaurant for tea. Very comfortable room. It was nice to hear the waves rolling in as we went to sleep"

"Great property, great location, bed a bit too firm, and everything was great untill the white ute with the yellow flashing light showed up with his Doofa music vibrating the walls. Probably saved me bringing my alarm clock, but still not appreciated especially when he got out and walked somewhere leaving the door open snd the disco blasting."

"The upgraded cabin was so peaceful and the deep hot bath on the verandah was an incredible experience listening to the wind in the trees and the boobook owl. The care for country walk the next day led us deeper into the rainforest and the tranquillity of the place. The compost toilet was very effective and the be extremely comfy. Everything worked and we had nature visible in every direction through the windows and does and on the deck. Fabulous"

"This was a great spot for a stay on Bruny. Exactly as advertised. My 84 year old aunt loved it!"

"We loved our stay in this charming old guest house. It was clean the beds comfortable linen and towels amazing and had everything you needed. If your wanting update and modern this is not for you. Heaps of room and the yard is one huge adventure especially for kids. "

"The ocean was visible from the property but host said he'd sent a pin to our account which we didn't receive. Property surrounds eg garden were not well maintained."

"Amazing stay and even better location. Highly recommend!! 10/10 😃"

"The property was great for those with mobility issues . Clean and tidy great views . Would highly recommend "

"Very scenic location, peaceful and quiet. Lovely to sit on the deck with that view. Beautifully appointed, lovely bathroom, comfy bed and furniture, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Bit of an issue with the TV not connecting to the Internet for casting, but we survived!"

"Very nice outlook. Well insulated property. Does not have wifi and phone reception is not great. Otherwise perfect."

"Remote location. Nearest village is cygnet which is about 13min drive away. Larger town Huonville is 30 min drive. We choose this location to chase the aurora and it did not disappoint. Absolutely wonderful cabin. Equipped with everything you need. Extremely comfortable, quiet and picturesque."

"Clean and beautiful place in a quiet neighbourhood. Spectacular views of the Derwent river specially at night time and sunrise. A most enjoyable stay."

"Lovely home and good experience"

"A beautifully clean, cosy and comfortable cottage. Wonderfully isolated amongst the forest - the garden is a bird lover’s paradise. "

"Lots of wildlife. Secluded location. Not enough convenient outlets. Split unit heater did not work. Property management brought a second space heater on day 2. Space heaters worked in the bedrooms but could not warm up the living area and kitchen. Internet extremely slow and no cell service."

"Very quiet and serene. Looks and feels like newly renovated. Very clean and pleasant. Close to a scenic drive to the southern tip of the island. Though it is about 20 minutes drive from the nearest restaurant. But you can always cook. Very nice experience especially for city folks."
