"Property is well located and staff was really helpful. If going in a rental, make sure you call ahead of time to register the car with the city and have a parking spot in one of the nearby garages. Parking is definitely scarce in Ortigia.
The images from the hotel show a gym, that is a bit misleading."
"The staff were very gracious and helpful, a credit to the owners. The view across the bay from the breakfast room is a big plus, as is the location in Ortigia near the bridge onto the island. Only thing was that the beautiful sirens suggested by the name (the “sirene”) didn’t show up …"
"The hotel is in a great location with everything in walking distance. The late check in was easy with our instructions posted on the door and a phone number to call first. We used WhatsApp. The room was clean and the size of a small apartment. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking garage was a three minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again."

The breakfast room was a very nicely decorated and comfortable space with a good range of food served. There were several seating areas and of course the large church within the premises. Unfortunately the bedroom and bathroom had an unpleasant and worrying smell especially the bathroom and perhaps we should have asked to...
"The hotel was very clean. Ms Sonia a staff was very pleasant and polite. She was very helpful with a kind heart. Breakfast was always ready on time and good. I will love to go back there again"
"WiFi didn’t work and staff was unsuccessful in fixing the problem. Also, my room had plumbing problems which were reported but unresolved before I departed. A thoroughly disappointing experience despite paying lots of money for the room."
Mancano i dispenser saponi in camera."
A tarde, novamente ninguém para fazer o meu check-in.
