"Location is fine, rooms are clean and well kept but the place feels a bit abandoned and unloved. Staff is friendly and helpful, but all services (check in, breakfast) are in another hotel across the road, which means there is no security or supervision at all. We were given a room without balcony, which was clearly offered in their listing. Without much ado they gave us a better room, saying they put 'the wrong photo' up and it had to be changed. The wrong photo is still up there, so...
