"very good “airport hotel” as it was close and easy to access the airport itself. A scale in the lobby is very handy to verify your baggage weight, Quite a few tavernas and cafes within a 10-minute stroll. Helpful staff.
Would be nice add if an airport shuttle was available. The taxis are a rip off charging 12 Euro to travel a 5 minute ride."
"Great place to stay, friendly staff and management. Unfortunately had an issue with my ferry and missed a night of my stay but management was very helpful in trying to accommodate me. My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion"

"Solo stay at this quiet and well maintained hotel. I had a late arrival due wind storm and the staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast and amenities at sister hotel are a real bonus!

"Hotel needs renovations, bathroom/shower are is too small, and window/door going out to balcony is required sound proof glasses. Every night, there was a car alarm noise throughout the entire night daily."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Apartment mit Meerblick war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber mit zwei getrennten Zimmern und einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Fußweg zum Strand in 2 Min, nur einmal über die Straße. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch vielseitig und lecker. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich."

Good for a few days but not for a week and for small families or pairs.Friendly staff in the hotel but on the evening was a few guys who were unpleasant.
Better to take some hotel or apartment near to the Heraklion.But next time i will go to Agios Nikolaos,much better than Heraklion."
"Die Lage ist unschlagbar - man hört im Bett liegend das Meer rauschen. Fußläufig sind Tavernen und kleine Läden erreichbar. Der kleine Ort ist ganz schön und es war zumindest Mitte September nicht überlaufen, auch keine Bettenburgen in der Nähe.
Der Pool war sehr sauber, das Frühstück mit Omelett, Tomaten, Feta, Oliven lecker und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und mochten die familiäre Atmosphäre."
