Rooms are old, dirty and toilest are broken and not maintained well. If you don't want to ruin your plans, better saty away for this hotel. "

"Looters, they got a booking stating AC room. But they conned us and said the booking was for standard room without AC. Took 500 rupees extra. No proper parking place as well. Then again next day they refused complimentary breakfast. Then when we raised the Voice they said it is not der in their mail. The rooms are best said ok. Mosquito's share ur room for free. "Food was decent and inexpensive and resort is spacious. Staff is well mannered. Didn't feel the crowd though it was sold-out. We got the last room which had non-working geyser and room had skink as well. Had to complain may times to get a change of room but was eventually changed the next day. Overall ok stay if you get a good room."

"The staff were very helpful, the facilities were lovely and clean. My window didn't have a view out of, it was frosted over, but let in natural light which was fine by me. The AC was very powerful, actually had it turn it off sometimes because the room got too cold! Food was very good, both at breakfast and dinner. The only thing to note as a UK tourist is where I don't speak Hindi/Kannada, it is not easy to get dropped back to if you can't get an Uber, as taxi drivers don't know where it is,...
