"I’m a bit miffed on this hotel. Normally I get a decent stay at every APA hotel. Oddly my watch for sleep score was the highest here at 97 which is great. But asking for small things like an extra pillow they were like no. You have a pillow already, or an extra key card and again no, I think it’s a thing here to just say no to every ask.
