"The room was clean, the installations useful and the staff very helpful and kind. Recomended"

"If you book the room with Mt Fuji view you will not regret it! It’s the perfect room for family"

"The room was fairly large and I was fortunate to have an excellent view of Mt Fuji from my window. I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. Very limited food on offer, when still had 45 minutes until end of serving time."

"Great staff and clean room."

"Amazing for relaxing and sightseeing."

"Property completely rundown. Our room was on the 4th floor above the kitchen, the smell after dinner was so overwhelming several of us had headaches. The only silver lining was the view of Mt. Fuji."

"Best place I stayed at in Japan, even compared to mid-budget hotels in Tokyo. Staff was very friendly. They also have bike rentals which was very convenient. Highly recommend to bike around lake Kawaguchi. Only small downside is that depending on what kind of room you reserved, they do not provide towels unless you rent them for 100 yen. Amenities like toothbrushes, etc you also have to pay for, but not a big deal at all. Revered a traditional Japanese room and slept on a small futon on the...

"Very nice hotel, staff were excellent, and the morning breakfast was very good. Would recommend staying here."

"Super relaxing stay for 4 of us. Nice hot tub on the patio with a selection of included bath salts and face masks. Included a nice selection of wines and other drinks. They brought an awesome full steak dinner for us to bbq on a beautiful glass patio. Also brought a nice complete breakfast with juices coffee tea. Overall one of our best memories of Japan!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and dinner services were elaborate and exquisite. The staff were very polite. We felt the rooms were spacious but there was a smell, suspect food smell from the dinner. Would be nice to have air freshener or a reed diffuser in room. The shuttle service while convenient was inconsistent. You need to use the payphone at train station for pickup. One of our pickups took over 30min and I had to call 2x to check."

"Hot springs at night and free ramen at night. A great place to relax at night after a long day"
