"Easy, simple, no frills room"

"Well located if you have an early flight out of North Term. If you fly from South Term then you can get the transit but I’d probably stay South as there are more facilities landside. Room was clean but it was really hot. Bed was ok but the pillows were thin, soft and pointless. Very quiet room, good shower. Breakfast is complementary and pretty decent"

"The staff were nice and friendly but the room left a lot to be desired. The bed was very hard, as were the pillows and the bathroom had quite a bit of mould behind some of the fixtures. The building feels a bit old and tired in general. However I will say the cleaning staff were very nice when asked for more towels, and the reception staff were very helpful in accepting my luggage when the airline delivered it."

"Was a cool hotel, very nice looking. However our room was a bit run down, the toilet didn't want to flush unless you repeatedly pushed the handle a lot, the sink sprayed water at you unless using a trickle of water. A lot of the carpets in and around the room was stained. But it was good for a quick one night close stay to plans. Staff were very kind."

"The breakfast was very good. Classic English breakfast and other breakfast foods."

"Everything was OK"

"Absolute find. Free tea and coffee. Comfy beds. Great fun experience for an 11 year old on the eve of an early start holiday and was cheaper than a cab and avoided quite such an early start. I love airports anyway - they give me a buzz - and this is like slipping down a rabbit hole out of it into a secret bunker. Well worth it."

"Room fine for motorway stop over. Never usually bother doing reviews but wanted to note the excellent customer service be reception desk woman late evening 22nd Oct. She was helpful, friendly and just genuinely chatty."

"Excellent stay with incredibly helpful staff and such a comfy bed!"

"Good location, cosy room"

"For this was brilliant, excellent for travelling with dogs. Staff really helpful and accommodating. Good choice of food on the services."

"We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal."

"Our room had a very ugly view over the bins and kitchen extractor fans. This created a loud hum until around 10pm and also brought some cooking smells into the room. The walls are also very thin and we could hear the room next door very clearly. However, after midnight the noise died down and it was quiet. The hotel is in a nice, very rural location."

"Family room was super duper basic. Really reminds me of a Holiday Inn Express. No robes, no slippers in the room either. There were very limited amenities in the wellness changeroom. Staff in the restaurant were not friendly nor welcoming."
