"The property was nice, spacious and clean. The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was great. The part we were not prepared for is the sound from outside and how loud it was in our room. The two bars in the back of the building reverberate through the room until midnight on weekdays and 2:00 a.m. the weekend. If you cannot sleep with earplugs, it would be a really long night."

"I stayed at the Aloft with my 3 sisters. This is a great and safe hotel. Sam was so great with helping us check in she made the reservation check in process so easy. The staff was so accommodating and the lounge was a cool place to hang when we didn’t want to go hang out at 6th street. The lounge has a full bar with a small food selection. We enjoyed the large connect 4 and jigsaw game. The pool table was a plus which we truly enjoyed. The pool was super because I love a pool that is not super...

"Check in experience was great. This is an older building but the lobby and bar have been updated. The rooms are fine, bathrooms beginning to show some wear and tear. Limited number of towels and wash cloths. I was there 3 nights and there wasn’t even any trash pick up"

"My new favorite Austin hotel! Really great boutique hotel just minutes from downtown and a couple of blocks off the lake and Austin greenbelt. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel has a great sense of that famous "Austin Funkiness" while still feeling high quality, with great little details and touches everywhere you look. Having a hip austin coffeeshop on premises and many restaurants and bars within a short walk was also a plus. Can't wait to stay again!"
