"They allowed a seamless, early check-in, which helped immensely. Good parking lot downtown is an asset. Great location, nice room, good shower; everything a person could want."
"Great place to stay. Ample parking. Comfy beds. Great food that turned up at the door 2 mins after ordering on line along with a free beer each night."
"No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it"
"Lovely boutique style accommodation, central location in the city. Easy parking. Comfortable room, with a living area. If staying on level two, be prepared to carry luggage up one flight of stairs."

The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt...

From the car park to where the room is can be quite a challenge with a heavy case and the timber walkway/ramp and so if there was a way that any luggage could have been taken from reception to the room then this might be the way forward. It was great to have happy hour from 3-5 ( which is happy 2 hours!) and the meals in the restaurant were very nice with very...
