"We really enjoyed our stay at TownePlace Suites! The location was convenient, and the airport shuttle made traveling easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the two-bedroom suite was perfect for our group. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"This location is close to the airport and they have a shuttle. + My flight was extremely early the next morning while trying to get some sleep the door alarm across from me was going off for a couple of hours before any staff did anything about it. - Bed not comfortable and pillows are very lumpy. -"

"The location was perfect to the Spectrum for the NBA game. The staff was extremely friendly!"

"Parking and location were good. Hotel was fine. What you would expect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"The hotel is scheduled for a renovation and needs it badly. The room was clean but smelled like weed when we got there. There is another Hyatt Place less than 5 minutes away...I would stay there..."

"Checking into this place is a nightmare. The "valet" parking just has people backed up 10 cars deep in the street. The whole operation is completely ineffecient. The breakfast is terrible. Literally terrible. You can tell no one cares about the quality. This hotel is busy literally because of the location. And they know it. I would advise all travelers to stay away."

"Everything was great"

"We chose this hotel strictly because of the hot tub offering. It takes us 12 hours to get to Charlotte from north of Tampa due to many stops as a result of body pain. This is the only hotel in Charlotte that has hot tub in a large setting. The heated year-round pool was definitely a benefit to staying at the hotel. The housekeeping staff is kind, intuitive and helpful."

"My daughter and I came for the Katseye concert and so, the hotel was extremely busy! You wouldn’t have ever known though, if you didn’t see all the people because the staff were amazing! I was running late and they were so helpful with parking our car and getting us checked in super quickly! The room was super clean and beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was packed but they never ran out of anything and it tasted great! I never review but I was actually super impressed with my stay!"
