"Nicer than expected compared to other places in the area. We did not expect a privite patio with a mountain view. The indoor pool was very clean and did not have a strong chlorine odor like most indoor hotel pools. Soft towels provided at the pool. Everyone enjoyed breakfast on the garden cafe deck. Food was resonably priced. Staff was friendly. "

"Check-in was quick and friendly. Overall the room was decent and clean but the property looks tired. There was some mold in the corners of the tub/shower and a huge paint chip missing at the top of the tub surround but the shower head. The entire place couple use a deep clean and fresh paint. "

"This was such a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly. They gave us ingredients for smores because of the firepit out front. (But we did not get to partake.) Lots of relaxation around the hotel and a good location to the lake and shops. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Lake George."
