"I've seen some previous reviews regarding cold water and bugs but I haven't experienced any of it and the room was cleaned/towels replaced everyday. Toilet seat doesn't match the toilet shape so that's rather random. The bed was comfortable. The air con keeps the room cool which is great but it makes noise, so I actually had it off at night. I could hear people/tv from the rooms next door, so it's not overly private, but once the window was closed there was no noise from the road. The breakfast...

"Staff were nice, and the location close to the train station is convenient. However, this is one of the more odd hotels I've stayed in. In the room you have no control of the A/C, the windows are made of wood and warped, so do not seal well and you can hear noises from the street below like they are in the room with you. The shower is small and the door folds inward as it closes, so it feels very cramped. The number of outlets are limited, and the furniture is limited to the bed(s), a small desk...

"Wonderful location- very walkable to all the landmarks in Rome! Close enough that we could stop for a midday break at the hotel. Extremely kind and helpful front desk staff. Free coffee and tea in the galley areas were a perk. Would definitely stay here again!"
