I travel a lot and stay in Marriott normally but stayed at Hyatt place this time because I think the prices are getting better and more affordable. "I booked a Studio 1 King Bed. I was put in a 2 Queen Bed with Kitchenette. Bathroom is set up inefficiently. Towel storage is several steps from the shower. The toilet paper holder was lose and drooping. It felt cheaply furnished. Sofa was not comfortable."
