We waren blij verrast. Komen zeker terug!"
"The toilet in our room was a little weird. Had to sit sideways because the seat was to close to the wall in front of the toiet. But overall we enjoyed the location."
"The room was very clean about the size of a New York hotel room. Staff was very polite didn’t understand English, but Google Translate really helped didn’t get breakfast. Only thing I can say is the room was kind of cold but other than that really good gated community."
"Very tired hotel and not up to the usual standard of Kyriad Hotels. Restaurant closed. Small shabby room. Mold in bathroom. Dirty walls in bedroom. However, staff excellent."
"A very nice small hotel. Very comfortable beds and a nice spread for the breakfast. Excellent coffee from the machine. Parking is tight, but it’s Europe so to be expected"
"I feel that my say at residhome was just ok.
Reception was lovely and greeting was prompt.
mattress and bedding were good.
The room felt a bit like a hospital room, really bright white lights, bathroom shower gel was empty, toilet seat cover was broken.
some stains ...
It was convenient to stay there while visiting my daughter at university but would have preferred to stay at the Westin if it was not fully booked.
too pricey for what it is."
"A disappointing stay
I was genuinely disappointed with this hotel. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was so cramped that there was hardly any room to move. The toilet seat was filthy and visibly soiled; it did not look as though it had been properly cleaned. The towels were old as well.
There are steps at the entrance, but no ramp alongside them, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs.
The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the breakfast was not particularly good....
"the rooms were basic, but the hotel has nice surroundings and the breakfast was good.
having a Tesla destination charger was very convenient for our trip to the south of france."
"Rooms are very basic.
Staff were friendly but not enough staff at the hotel to help sort issues - especially at the weekends.
Air Conditioning failed and was told there was no technical support available to fix it. All the power went off on our floor - twice.
Air Conditioning system was very poor when it was working and didn't cool the room down.
Need to have a better breakfast selection.
Rooms need a safe in them."
