"We had a great stay at Thon Hotel Spectrum. The check in experience was superb & we were even able to check in early after arriving on the sleeper train. The room was spacious, comfortable, & clean. We had a coffee machine which was very good, & was topped up daily. As seasoned travellers we have had many hotel breakfasts but this was by far the best - plenty of space for a large hotel, so much choice & variety, & attentive staff. I would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat!"

"The overall stay was fine. Hotel is centrally located and walking distance to two train stations. Construction within the same building could be heard but that was out of the hotels control. Lastly, one of the front desk employees was less than helpful. He didn’t seem to care or want to help us with storing our luggage in order for it to be picked up the following morning. He was dismissive and we could tell he didn’t care or want to care. Luckily, the person the following morning was amazing....

"For the price and convenience of location can’t really complain. The entrance and hallway areas of the building are not very nice, but helpful to have a left luggage area although this was unmanned and accessed by code. We used it before check in and after check out and did not have any issues. The bathroom, linen and towels were all clean but the rest of the apart"

"Very helpful staff. The rooms were rather small for 4 people, once the sofa bed was open. The furniture felt a little cheap. The one downside to this property is that the to get access to the metro station you need to cross over the highway over the bridge. There is a convenient bus stop close to the property."
