"When i checked into my room the air conditioner was making this constant buzzing noise so i went to the front desk and asked if it ever shut off. Without hesitation the maintenance man jump in and checked it out. He ended up changing out the old one for a new one. Excellent way to start my stay. Thank you. Everyone was very nice. "

"This hotel is conveniently located near one of the major highways but distant enough for the noise to be an issue. The hotel is undergoing renovations which was only evident to me by the cardboard covering the floor of the elevators. The room I stayed in was very spacious and had nice modern touches. I loved that the sink was outside the bathroom/shower as it gave me the chance to utilize the sink and counter while a family member used the shower. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast;...

"This was my second time staying at this hotel. The customer service was great. Easy, quick check-in. The room was very clean and had everything needed. The only problem was on the first night, the room across from me had a small dog that barked anytime someone came down the hall. I guess that's what you can expect when a hotel allows pets to be brought. It wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay here again."
