"The room was semi-clean. Everything that we use daily were clean, but they missed all the corners and windows. I saw a lot of dust. They had a very small wall refrigerator that can fit maybe six drinks max, but it wasn’t working for our room. The front desk said something about the room is being updated right now. They do not have AC, but the breeze makes up for it. They do provide a fan if one is available. Self check in was very quick and convenient. Staff was very attentive."
"The property was perfectly located in the heart of the city centre, but tucked away nicely so that it was not too noisy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and provided free bus tickets to commute around.
The unfortunate part was that the room was not air conditioned. But the staff were very helpful and provided us a fan.
The interior was OK. But as there was no air conditioning, the windows are always open and that led to a couple of bugs coming in."

"Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich ok wenn man nicht mit dem Auto anreisen muss!! Leider war unser Auto höher als 2m und deshalb wurde uns vom Hotel eine Parkgarage empfohlen. Eine Übernachtung mit Parken kostete dann 40€ extra- vorsicht !!"
"Die Zimmer sind alle frisch renoviert und sehr großzügig. Fernseher, Schreibtisch, Klimaanlage, Safe, Mini-Kühlschrank und genug Platz, alles zu verstauen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch ausreichend, wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, in der Nähe sind der Busbahnhof (5 Minuten fußläufig), ein Discounter (2 Minuten) und das Zentrum erreicht man auch in 10...
"Sicuramente le camere e l'hotel in generale è pulito,il reparto piscina lascia un po a desiderare, dovrebbe essere ristrutturato,rinnovato. Intanto non dovrebbero permettere ai ragazzini di giocare a palla in acqua almeno, poi con un hotel pieno tenere solo 8 lettini a bordo piscina mi sembrano pochissimi. Non c'era nessun addetto per chiedere la chiave degli armadietti,o che sorvegliasse per la sicurezza degli ospiti poi la sauna secondo noi non funzionava bene, era appena caldina."
