"Riad incroyable a fes"

"The best hotel in Fes great clean was really great experience I will always go back the staff was amazing friendly and family I can explain how good they are all specially the reception lady in the morning"

"Magical place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended."

"Overall everything was good except a big language barrier. No one can speak English and it was so hard to communicate. Younus was really helpful and he was speaking spanish but were trying hard to help us in little english. Then later he started communicating with us through whatsapp because he wanted to translate it in english and spanish easily. We were leaving early because to catchup a train so he packed breakfast for us. So nice of him. Riad was really good and pretty but little run down....

"No flexibility by staff regarding situation that was not in my control and I was penalized with no empathy or resolution"

"This Dar affords the intrepid traveller a unique and genuine Fes experience. Located off a “main drag” in the Medina, you will be guided along a winding alley that opens up into a hidden palace-like setting on arrival. Unique tile work and columns provide a resplendent setting for a peaceful night in authentic setting. The manager of the Dar is extremely helpful and provides insights into how to navigate the Medina. A rooftop is accessible up a steep set of stairs and offers a nice view....

"VERY BAD SERVICE. RUDE STAFF NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS. BROKEN TOILET SEAT NOT FIXED TILL LEFT. OVERALL IT'S BAD EXPERIENCE. "

"Had a fantastic stay here. Our room was stunning. The place was beautiful and the food was delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly. I loved that the location was quiet and relaxing but near the medina's center. Highly recommend."

"The stuff very helpful and friendly did everything we asked of them even our laundry"

"You'll be entering the mid evil era- in terms of decor and age of property.. It's like staying in someone's home. Very welcoming. Def not hotel vibes. Helpful, nice and respectful staff! TV didn't work but that's prob cuz it wasn't plugged in? Great close to main Street entrance for taxi drop-off. Had a great one night."

"Great property, just hard to find and access through dirty small streets. But once inside, the place is magnificent"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Staff were so helpful and kind Beautiful room Breakfast was YUMMY. But: Four stars because at no point in our correspondence did they inform me they are CASH ONLY. This policy exceptionally rare for lodging. As a visitor and solo woman traveller, I was uncomfortable maxing out ATM withdrawals on busy, narrow streets and spending extra on transaction fees, so they can save on fees and taxes. THEN having to walk around with wads of cash. All during my limited...

"Close to the blue gate, walkable and many shops, eating places around this place. Good AC, hot water, enough TV channels. No kettle, tea/ coffee making facilities. Mini fridge is very good for keeping things cold. During check in we were asked to fill a form, including our visa number! We never had to fill in other hotels in Morocco, because now any one can make photo copy or take a photo using the phone. No info was given about breakfast time or place. Last day we had to check out 7 in the...
