"NOTHING TO SAY"

"Staff were helpful and the room was comfortable"

"No windows that open in the room, so no fresh. Everything smelled like paint and tape"

"Central location which was great. Also budget friendly. However I stayed on a Saturday night and didn’t realise there was a nightclub(s) so close to the rooms. It was very loud! I’m a heavy sleeper so eventually got to sleep but if your not, stay clear of this one!"

"I have stayed here a few times when I come to Melbourne. The location is great, walking distance to everything. The hotel itself is quiet at night and during the day, as is the area. Lots of dining options around. I really liked the new drink vending machine with coffees and sparking sodas. Also the underground, secure parking is a bonus downtown."

"It was lovely! If you are staying longer plan some entertainment to connect to tv!"

"Excellent location."

"Every thing was very good. Staff member was excellent"

"Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."

"I suppose you pay for what you get. The location was amazing, in the middle of Melbourne and convenient to everything. The staff were very helpful. Sheets and towels were clean. The building, reception, entrance and room very old and tired. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. But. Windows broken, picture glass broken, so much dust on EVERYTHING, you could stuff 100s of soft toys. If you are looking for a great location this is it. But it is cheap and nasty"

"Staff were excellent on check-in and kindly gave me an upgrade from a single bed room to a double, which was mmuch appreciated. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Thank you!"

"The accommodation and staff were top notch. My arrival was exceptionally well handled and I would recommend them and the Hotel to anyone on a budget staying in Melbourne. To be honest to anyone on any budget."

"Good location, friendly staff and great rooms."

"Great location, parking right outside our door, spacious and comfortable rooms. Only issue was the noise level of other patrons but being the weekend that's not unexpected and not the hotels fault! All-in-all a pleasant stay. Thank-you:)"
