"We had twin beds & I had a double quilt cover on mine it had such a big hangover I kept getting my foot stuck in it. They didn’t clean our room on the Sunday for some reason? We managed using our towels twice & making our beds. We had to keep calling down for more coffee & sugar, coffee machine didn’t work one day seemed it was full of expired coffee caps, wile doing it he spilt some coffee over the bin onto the floor & just left it !! "Had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights Reception were helpful on checking in but the rooms were in separate buildings which was annoying for us and both on second floor so difficult with luggage on steep stairs.
