"Overall, the hotel was amazing. The pool was closed for all 3 days we were there with random excuses each day and they kept saying it would be open but never was. So that was my big gripe as my kids were super disappointed. The breakfast was 10/10. The snacks/drinks in the evening was so fun. The lobby area to hang out in was amazing. If the pool was open, I would have nothing negative to say. The staff would not look up from their chit chatting when I asked if the pool was open either."

"Toilet was leaking water at the base. Lamp in the middle of the room was plugged in to an outlet on the wall which put the cord in the main walkway as a trip hazard (I unplugged it). Key card maker was broken so had to stop at front desk every time we needed access to the room. They didn’t verify who we were they just unlocked the door before we got to it. Long wait to get door unlocked too. "

"We were displaced due to a power outage. This hotel was basic. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets were scratchy and thin. All towels were very stiff. It felt cheap for the price but functional."

"Today I found mold on several of the English muffins and a coffee cup that had not been washed. It was disgusting. Additionally there was no shuttle driver to take us to the airport despite the fact that we made a reservation last night. We had to rely on an Uber driver who arrjved late and clearly did not know how to get to the airport. The promised amenities were terrible."
