"Stampelle molte sporche, vetri delle finestre deboli si sentiva tutto e sbattevano, stanze non insonorizzate. Personale cordiale e gentile. Colazione buona. Esperienza comunque piacevole"
"The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and the room had an unpleasant odour. Breakfast was okay but below most other hotels where we stayed."
"Our stay was a little disappointing. The exterior of the property needs maintenance, with a deteriorated facade and overgrown areas. Upon arrival, there were strong unpleasant odors on the lower level, and seeing piles of bed linens in common areas was not a good first impression.
The room itself was acceptable. The sheets were clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast area: it was pleasant and clean, the bathroom was very well...
"Parcheggio esterno recintato, spazioso e gratuito.
Ristorante Il Tortellino adiacente, gestito dalla stessa proprietà e molto buono come menù locale e prezzi modici."
"Good location opposite the rail station but with a back entrance onto a main route to the old city.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The safe didn't work"
"This is a very good family managed Hotel in a great location near the station. The Hotel is quiet and the staff were great. We can certainly recommend to stay here."
"Struttura piacevole in ogni sua componente. Silenziosa, pulita, confortevole. E il personale di notevole gentilezza e competenza. Ottimo. Da raccomandare."
"Unique, quirky, ancient building. Excellent restaurant (not open in August). Comfortable and relaxing. The only improvement one could wish for is a kettle in the room and minimal tea/coffee amenities, but that's not typical of traditional Italian hotels. In any case, the continental buffet is great and included in the rate."
"Great location with excellent restaurants in very close proximity. Small garage so include it in your reservation. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Small bathroom but that is quite common in Italy."
"Sono stata due giorni , ho ricevuto un bellissima accoglienza , voglio ringraziare al reception per la competenza e professionalità gentilezza.
Camere pulite, colazione buona ,
Consiglio a tutti"
"Ottima struttura, mi pare anche rinnovata di recente. Camere pulite anche se mobilia un po' basica e impersonale, ma bagno ben attrezzato. Accoglienza molto buona, titolare molto gentile e carina. Consigliato!"
