Plenty of pillows with the option of firm and soft, duvet is a little small for the bed and the one on the sofa bed was also too small if 2 sharing, so you may need to request extra ones. Aircon is fab for the summer kept the room lovely and cool. Sofa bed is a tight squeeze for 2 children but bed has plenty room for 2 adults. "The hotel is very run down, the room we were allocated had curtains that were hanging of the rail, this was changed to a smaller room once I complained but then had no hand towels.
The following morning the cleaners left one hand towel but did not clean or make the bed/ wash the cups,

"The rooms smelt weird and the bathroom smelt like urine .My 1st thought was that it needs some maintenance work asap .The cleaning was ok but it didn’t feel fresh more like it’s had to many once overs and now it needs a deep clean .Parking was £10 a night but we paid after getting a place then we went out and couldn’t get one once we were back .Staff were ok but did more chatting in the dining room at breakfast rather than making sure guests were ok.We slept badly because we could hear other...
"The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door"
